Caddis Lodge is a New Zealand owned and operated business. The following terms and conditions policy follows the requirements of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand Law. All prices listed on this website are in NZ dollars and include GST.

Payment Gateway
Your card details are collected, tokenised and managed by Paystation, a 100% PCI-DSS compliant online payment provider, to ensure the best possible credit card security.
Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy will apply. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the booking amount.
Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability.
Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the owner approves and is able to re-let the booked accommodation.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and take every step to ensure that your information remains confidential. We do not collect private or personal information from this website and booking, except where you willingly provide it. Read more on our Privacy Policy.

Check-in is available from 2pm - 10pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.
No, there is a no-pet policy at Caddis Lodge.
There is a five guest maximum limit at the cottage.
The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their group, whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that results in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to Caddis Lodge, will be charged to the registered guest. Reckless acts or inappropriate behaviour can lead to eviction with no refund.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over.
This is a smoke free property please refrain from smoking within the cottage and garage. Any persons found to be smoking in the rooms will result in a specialist cleaning fee and a loss of revenue for closing the room over and not being able to re-sell the unit. A minimum set charge of $250 will apply.
We maintain a strict NO PARTY POLICY; we reserve the right to terminate accommodation without refund at any time, should this be breached.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is dependent on your booked dates. If you cancel more than 24 hours of your stay then you will receive a full refund of what you paid.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your stay then you will get back every night but the first one. No refund will be made for the first night or service fee.
